On-Premise Deployment

The vector database and all operational data — tickets, customer documentation, asset information, internal knowledge — remain within your own infrastructure. No uncontrolled transfer to external platforms.

Local Language Models

ServiceDesk Co-Pilot can run on consumer-grade graphics cards using small local language models. No mandatory dependency on large external cloud AI providers. You control the models, the hardware, and the operating costs.

GDPR-Compliant External Search

When external sources are needed, the AI generates a redacted search query. Customer names, personal data, IP addresses, internal server names, and contract information are automatically removed. The dispatcher reviews and approves before the query is sent.

No Vendor Lock-In

Your data is not stored in or dependent on any external SaaS platform. You own your vector database, your knowledge base, and your operational history — regardless of how long you use the product.

Human-in-the-Loop at Every Step

No AI output is applied without human review and confirmation. The dispatcher reviews ticket drafts, similarity results, solution checklists, and external search queries before anything is saved or sent.

System-Agnostic Architecture

ServiceDesk Co-Pilot connects to your existing tools without replacing them. Data from ticketing systems, RMM platforms, wikis, and asset databases is processed locally — not routed through external aggregation services.
